Products from Laite Brothers Plastic machinery have half-year warranty service for distributor case and motor, one-year warranty service for the machine rack. We will settle out all the problems as we can.
Client file management
Our company will set up the client file management for every customer. And we will regularly consult with customers to check the machine on normal operation.
1. Q: Why the price of your machines higher than others? Do you have any strength of your machines?
A: To help ensure the screw longevity, our company uses the screw which is made of 38CrMoA1A alloy steel with nitridation. Our converters are made by Taiwan joint venture, and the voltage is 350-480V. Moreover, our blades use alloy technology to cut plastic more uniform and smother.
2. Q: How to insure the trade works well after place order?
A: After ordering, we will draw the agreement in duplicate and send it by fax or express delivery. When we received the earnest, the factory needs 40-50 days to produce. The customer can choose logistics to deliver machines with COD or we can choose logistics for you with COD.
3. Q: How to deal with that if there has any quality problem when customer receive the machine?
A: When customer has quality problem, please take pictures first. After we verified that the problem is non-human factors, all losses should be borne by the seller.
